Netflix and chill
Aug. 22nd, 2015 07:39 amHey.. uh.. Sadie, do you maybe wanna.. come hang out at my place after work? We can watch movies or something..
[Those were the words that Lars had awkwardly uttered to Sadie earlier that day with his eyes bashfully drifting to the side, during a dead period in their shift together, to which Sadie had responded with genuine surprise, taking her a bit to give him an actual answer.
Things were starting to get a little more comfortable between them again, after certain events caused them to have a bit of an avoidance period.. but gradually they couldn't help but begin acting more like before, and now clearly on their natural attraction to one another. Which, Lars was really beginning to realize now more than ever. Its not like Lars had ever not liked Sadie's company, but now he suddenly found himself noticing that he liked being around her.. a lot. And every time the thought crossed his mind, it made his stomach flip in sheepishness.
She had agreed to come over, and to Lars' relief it hadn't taken much convincing. He now sat sloppily on the couch in the living room, his legs miles apart in his usual bored demeanor, watching the TV, but not really actually paying attention to whatever was on it. He's too preoccupied with listening for the door; Sadie had gone home to get changed or something? Its not like Lars would have cared if she had just come over in her work clothes, but whatever.]
